Wild-harvested, we get them only from ranches where they are completely unsprayed unlike organic orchards usually sprayed with organic sprays. Non-GMO, raw and unpasteurized, no radiation or chemicals. We work hard to keep them perfectly fresh. They are refrigerated in the shell and shelled only as needed.
